SQLUM can be selected as the Security Provider when initially installing K2 blackpearl, or the system can be reconfigured post installation. SQLUM requires that the K2 default installation port be used. Ensure that the local SQL Instance uses the same port. Full documentation is available online.

If no AD Service is found on the K2 Server host machine, the User Manager Settings configuration screen will present the option to install the K2 SQL user manager. I guess you need to contact your regional sales manager to get access for help.k2.com
