I need to hide the menu that shows under the folio field in the K2 worklist webpart since I dont want my users to be able to perform Release, Sleep, Delegate, Redirect, etc on their tasks.
They should only be able to open the task and nothing else.

Currently this feature is not available, it will be implemented on a future release.
The current workaround is by using the SourceCode APIs to create a custom worklist webpart.

but some how after deploy into solutions I can't activatefeature 
keep telling the id is invalid/not found
Hello, Do you know whether this has been implemented in 4.5? I dont see any configuration options on the SP worklist web part.
No this hasn't been implemented in the latest version 4.5.6 from what I can see.
In addition to this feature, I would like to know if is possible to sent notifications after a task has been delegated or redirect?
