Client would like to know if it is possible to grant someone limited access to certain pages in the Management Console while restricting access to everything else.

An administrator can provide access to other users for certain tabs in Workspace.
Resolution
An administrator can provide access to other users for certain tabs in Workspace. If you navigate to Workspace>Security tab, it will open up a window with the following options:
Reports>Repot Designer
Management> Management console
Notification Events>Notification Event Designer or Custom Event Designer
Security> Workspace
User Settings > Single Sign-On
You can add users to any of these options in order for them to have access to that specific tab. For your request, you can provide access to your users for the Management console, but they will have access to ALL the functionality in the Management console, not just the areas you would like to limit them to. Currently, there is no way to provide access to a specific part of a section, for instance, Management Console>Workflow Server. We have linked this ticket to an existing TFS that is being developed to implement security per category in Workspace. This functionality is still in the development phase.
Client is going to give the BA's admin access on the Staging environment, but only temporarily. They won't have it on Production.
