How to get all the rules displayed for particular content in rules pane and whre do i delete arule for sharepoint onpremise site

I have crated 2-3 rules for a particular control , even if show all rules is checked , i am able to see only one rule at a time, while am unable to see delete optioon also in a sharepoint onpremise site 2016. can you help as soon as possible to get out of this issue?
