We’ve run out of licenses in our dev environment.

What can I do to free some of the previously assigned licenses?

I have deleted the work items that were still active.

Is there any particular table to look for in sql or something?

Hi,

Although it might not be 100% accurate, please check the distinct users in the _Worklist and _DestQueueUser tables of the K2 DB.

This should give you an idea of how many unique users there are. If you find any users that should not be there, search for worklist items held by these users inside K2.net Service Manager and either redirect the items to someone else or delete the process instances.

After this, restart the K2.net 2003 Server Service so that the license count can be reset.

Hope this helps.
