I wanted to understand how exactly we determine how much a form is being used (submitted) by end users?
Resolution
If the form is backed by a process the usage of the form can be determined by analyzing the workflow reports in Workspace. If the form is not backed by a workflow you can create a smartbox that tracks the usage via rules implemented into the smartform.
