one of the standard reports "User Performance" is not conform with our work councils regulation. How can we delete this report?
Diagnoses
Removing this button from workspace is do able through custom code. It is not advised nor supported by K2.
Resolution
we removed the "User performance" through the Reporting services Management.
This did not remove it from workspace and it remained fully functional.
The client resolved the issue the following way:
He has tried to remove permission on the report, but the report seems to be executed under K2 server service identity and the menu entry is also not taking permissions in concern.
He had to alter the menu structure in OOBReports.xml on their testsystem (C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlWorkSpaceSite) and removed both nodes for user performance.
After IISReset and Service restart the entry is now gone.
