How to copy people from a list to people picker control on nintex form

I have a list stored approval hierarchy people.

I have a nintex form here

I want to copy the people from the approval hierarchy list by location-FuYong to people picker control-Project Leader as default people ,just like the following,

How can do this,I am a new one to sharepoint,thanks in advance.
