Unable to remove a Rule in the OOF function
Diagnoses
This is usually a case when there are duplicate entries in the Database.
or when a Process has an email event set to "Groups"/"Roles" instead of Users.
Resolution
Labs have provided us with a script that deletes these duplicate entries.
It had to be run a few times in order to remove all duplicate entries.
After the entries have been removed the rule could be deleted.
