Symptoms
How to change password of service account.

Diagnoses
Things that he should be noted it is need to modify K2 Service account password

Resolution
The K2 Service account credential can be changed via Blackpearl Setup Manager. Most of the existing K2 customers are sharing the K2 Service account as the app pool credentials for Workspace, designer and runtime sites as well.

Hence, there is a need to re-run the SmartForms Setup Manager to modify the app pool credentials as well.

In Summary:-

1) Run Blackpearl Reconfiguration from Setup Manager to modify the Service account credential and App Pool Credentials

2) Run Smartforms Reconfiguration from SmartForms Setup Manager to modify the App Pool Credentials for both Designer and Runtime

After following the procedure above, I can no longer refresh any service connections in the smartobject tester. Also any smartobjects associated with the service account no longer work. Any information on where to start longer would be great.  Thanks
