In reply on another Nintex Live/External Forms related question the comment was made that Live/External Forms are kept approxametely 5 days on the Live/External Forms server in the Nintex cloud. Can someone from Nintex provide the exact lifetime of a submitted Live/External Form on their servers.
Following a SharePoint upgrade (SP2013 to SP2016, including the Nintex 2013 to nintex 2016) laast weekend we have some difficulties receiving Nintex External/Live Forms. Which we are still investigating. It would be good to know whether or not we need to inform our external contacts using the Live/External Forms to resubmit any forms sent this week.
