Resolution
Use the following steps to restrict access to a specific K2 Runtime URL:
Please perform the following actions:
* Go to K2 in IIS Manager.
* Click on Request Filtering
* Click on URL tab
* On actions pane click on Deny Sequence
* Add
* Restart IIS
This will produce a 404.5 error and prevent anyone from seeing the K2 form. This is a minimalist approach to preventing access to the form if access needs to be restricted.
