I recently changed the columns in a SharePoint list that I use in a SmartObject. In the past, in order for the SmartObject to see the column changes, I would have to select "Site Actions-> Update K2 SmartObject Service definition" within SharePoint. Since upgrading to K2 version 4.5, that option is no longer in the Site Actions menu. I've hunted around for it in the new K2 Management areas but nothing is jumping out at me as the solution to my problem.


Please put me out of my misery!

You can try refreshing the MOSS service instance under the K2 Workspace Management console.  The other way is to use the BrokerManagement.exe tool (which does the same thing).  Both worked for me.
