I'm new to K2 and I want to send a notification email to the user's manager when a major version is published in a Sharepoint document library from a Sharepoint Events Process on Check-In but can't work out how to trigger this.  The document library has Content Approval switched on.


Found a post which supposedly helps identify a major version using the XML>Sharepoint_Item>_UIVersionString field but it doesn't seem to contain data for when using the Events process, only using the Workflow Integration?


Also somewhat concerned as you can select Publish Major Version from the Sharepoint context menu direcly without checking the document out so the workflow won't trigger if this is used...


has anyone done something like this before?
