I have a reqirement to add a link to an escalation email like the link that is generated in a client event. The users want to be able to go to the .aspx page to complete the worklist item instead of going to their worklist. Also, I need to be able to do this for multiple destination users.  I tried using {SERIALNO}  in the email but that doesn't work. Do you have any suggestions?
