Hi

I currently have the below inquiry

I have a need for a conditional branch in a workflow. The workflow does not use forms and works like this:

1. User creates item in list.
2. If item in list doesn't get updated before date, send email.
3. If item does get updated before date set status.
4. End workflow.

The closest I can get is to possibly create a workflow with a task that expires every X hours, triggering a subworkflow that starts only if the list item hasn't been updated, otherwise it simply restarts the original workflow or calls another workflow to expire and then start all over again.

Is there another way to implement If Then Else in workflow?

I'm actually the person who submitted this in the form of a ticket to K2 Support. Am anxiously awaiting an answer.

Is anyone found solution for this thread?

Thank you,
