How can i find out where my item is in flow | Community

Hi.

I would like to create a aspx page ,where the user (creator) will be able to enter the folio or anyfield, and find out where in the flow that specific item is.

I don't want to use the workspace... just 1 screen where they can enquiry about their item ...

Is it possible?
