Hi,
I would like to know if there is a possibility within blackpoint to assign a holiday replacement for users.
What I´m currently thinking about is using SmartObjects to see if the user is on vacation and then use the condition within the taskgroup setup to assign a task to another user within this taskgroup.
On a similar topic:
Is there any possibility beside reassigning a task with the help of an escalation if the current user is ill and a task is still assigned to him and needs to be completed?
And another, not quite related question:
How do I guarantee that two users don´t work on the same task simultaneously? There is an option "This taks is routed to users: one at a time" in the participant wizard, but in the help file, there is nothing about is. Is this the right option?
