Hide Painel in Form

Hello!

I need a help with a rule in a form in Nintex.

Inside the form I have the field "items", where the user will select the item that you want. But when he selects "Headset" (the last two fields according to the image) must enable the "Information" field. This information field should be hidden from the other items.

Hi

See the below example and screen shot:

Choice is the name of the list column with values, "Item1", "Item2", "Item3", "Item4".

I have create a rule on panel like "namedcontrol == value || namedcontrol == value" then "hide" the panel, see the screen shot below for actual rule. 

Below screenshot shows 'Information Panel" when value is "Test3'

And below screenshot hides 'Information panel' when value is "Test2"
