I want to Set the approver as “group mail” and only one of the member who has access to that “group mail” approved then application will be completed, Could you please help me on this

it's standard functionality of all the task actions to accept a group as task assignee. so you can use any of them.
'Request Approval' or 'Assign flwxi task' will likely suit you the most.
