Symptoms


Customer would like to be able to deploy K2 InfoPath integration process downloaded from K2 workspace to QA environment.
 

Diagnoses


During the meeting we noticed that the server that K2 Studio was connected to was Dev server where there was no Environment Template set up. We verified that Environment Templates are set on QA K2 Workspace.

 

Resolution

We were able to deploy the process with the following steps:
1.Change server in K2 Studio to point QA server
2.Add any missing environment fields that are being referenced in the process
3.Edit the Path for InfoPath template from InfoPath Integration > Edit menu
