I have the need to build a list to check different items trough a manufacturing process of a production Line.

The current check form includes the following items:

1) Question Number

2) Icon for Visual inspection

3) Question/Sentence Rich Text to be checked

4) Thumbnail of the Item to be checked in perfect condition.

5) Answer of the entry / CheckBox, TextField possible Dropdown.

There are many PDF's like this, and each PDF can have many questions depending of the process. this can vary from 30 to 100 questions / PDF.

I wonder if is possible to build this using 2 SMO's... perhaps one of those for the Questions... and Another for the Answers.

This way on submit, for all items changed I can loop trough all the items and insert the data within the second SMO for the Answers.

What I'm not sure if if there is a way to compose the two SMO's within 1 list to prevent unnecesary data duplication.

What is the best way to achieve something like this ?, perhaps to have hard-coded the froms in an View and put within the fields the values for the question and the answer this way is possible to show the Answers in a view that looks like the original checklist ?

Any ideas/suggestions will be appreciated.
