Go to Workspace > Management > Management Console > Workflow Server > Server rights:

if the user that you are currently logged in is not in this list, Add the user and give himher export permission

Hi dear, we are running browser with same user which have export right. 

Are you using SQL authentication?  Usually i see SQL login as "K2SQL:username", but the screenshot shows "K2SQL:PMBusername".

Is PMB the domain?  If so, I would expect "K2:PMBusername".  K2 is the default label for Active Direcotry instead of K2SQL label (unless K2SQL label was configured that way).

Does this work for other users?  Domain accounts? K2SQL account?

I assume you were able to find and add the "K2SQL:PMBUsername" and give that account export?
