Symptoms
Customer would like to reorganize how his workflow processes are displayed in the K2 Workspace> Management Console... Something like a folder structure such as what is in K2 Designer.
Diagnoses
Researched feature requests and attempted demos to find a workaround.
Resolution
Support confirmed that currently no mechanism exists to create a folder structure to re-organize >Workflow Server>Processes in the K2 Workspace Management Console. Labs has confirmed that there is a logged Feature Request for this functionality. It is not known when that feature will be added. There is currently a semi workaround for K2 Studio workflows only - in K2 Studio, place all related Processes under one Project name (K2 Workspace processes will reflect that structure). There is currently no workaround for workflows created in K2 Designer for Sharepoint.
