Group of actions not working in Chrome
 

Diagnoses

In a form, after selecting a partner from a subform, user gets prompted to populate business entity details, which are a group of fields on the parent form.
Steps to reproduce:
When choosing to execute an action on a subform this does not work in chrome. However if the same actions are performed in IE or Firefox the form works as per usual.

This happens on the first instance, however if a new instance is generated it works as expected.

What could be the issue here?
