I have installed the GoogleVisualization using instructions provided. At runtime I get the following error:

Extender control '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000_77f25b32-0603-000b-1907-ba3633234f5d' is not a registered extender control. Extender controls must be registered using RegisterExtenderControl() before calling RegisterScriptDescriptors().

Have I missed something? I am running SmartForms 1.0.4 on a standalone machine.

I installed it without problem but when it comes to using it, it raises no error but also displays nothing at all.
