Hi Mustafa,

1. Have you tried running the Configuration Analysis? It should be able to check if the K2 Service account has appropriate rights on the required components.

2. If you are running the Development License blackpearl, check that the account running the K2 blackpearl Server console is the designated K2 Service account.

3. From the ADUM log, it is trying to resolve foreign security principals. It means blackpearl is trying to resolve accounts that are not on the same domain as the K2 Service account. Is this your requirement? If yes, then make sure that the Trust relation between the 2 AD is established correctly and K2 Service account is able to query the other domain using the AD explorer. If no, you can safely ignore this, or even turn of the warning from K2 Workspace > Management Console > User Managers > K2 > Settings > Ignore Foreign Principals 

4. I can't exactly determine what's the problem from your description, but if you are on 4.6.6/4.6.7 (can't rem exactly which), there are some cold fixes that resolves performance issue with identity manager. Submit a ticket to K2 Support for assistance.
