Hi,

 

I am getting timeout error when sending an e-mail through K2 smartform. 

When I trigger an email from Workflow it is working fine, but when I try to use it through smartform using "Send an e-mail" action it is giving me the error.

Please find the attachment for the error detail.

Need pointers to resolve the issue.

Please check the "Mail Server" field in the environment library, does this value seem to be the correct SMTP server?  Please update if necessary.

Additionally, are you able to send email via telnet from the K2 server?  As per:

What change was made?


 


Are you using an in-house SMTP server? If so, does it support TLS?


 


Are you also able to send an email via cmd?

The issue is resolved now.

It was due to the some access issue in-house SMTP server.
