Symptoms
A task is assigned to a group and the group has multiple people in it (and I belong to that group). I picked up and completed the task using SmartAction. Is there a workflow variable that I can use to capture who actioned the task using the SmartAction? I looked around in the ContextBrowser, but can't seem to find a satisfactory one.
Diagnoses
I wanted to use the Id for the person who have actioned the task in the following steps in the workflow. Is there a way to do so?
Resolution
A suggestion is to use the Activity Instance Destination Reporting SmartObject (SmartObject Explorer > Workflow Reports > Workflow General) in the workflow to pull the user's worklist item’s status.
