Hi,
I'm currently evaluating K2 BlackPoint, and for that, I need some resources to get me started. I have managed to create and deploy a workflow to Moss, but frankly I did not know what happend and I think I was lucky to get it working.
Anyone knows some "Getting started" documents that guides me through the K2 Designer and other basic stuff to create workflows?

There are a number of great resources installed with K2 blackpoint. If you look in the K2 blackpoint folder in All Programs you will find the K2 documentation which contains a variety of resources including tutorials.
In K2 Studio and the Web Designer you will find the Process Guides. These can be accessed from the ribbon of the respective application. These guides provide descriptions of the respective components and video tutorials that you can watch and follow along with without leaving the designer.
