Hi,

User is getting the following error message when he performed the action from the portal.I am not able to replicate the scenario as this error will occur only when status of worklist item is Open instead of available.

Error 1396: at SourceCode.Workflow.Client.InternalConnection.Call(ArchiveX ar, MessageType msgtype) at SourceCode.Workflow.Client.InternalConnection.CallFunction(ArchiveX ar) at SourceCode.Workflow.Client.Connection.OpenWorklistItem(String SerialNumber, String Platform, Boolean Alloc, Boolean IgnoreStatus, String ManagedUser) at SourceCode.Workflow.Client.Connection.OpenWorklistItem(String SerialNumber, String Platform) at BP.ActionTracker.UserControls.ATActionItemDetails.btnRestartWF_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e)

I tried to change the status of worklist item  as Open instead of available then got the same error message but according to the user he didnt perform any action from the workspace.Every where I used to close the k2 connection also no where it is in open stage.

Please help me to overcome this issue.
