Symptoms
I'm getting the error message when editing any rules on a form.
This issue only occurs to one form.
"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index"

Resolution
Issue is related to orphan rule(s). By walking-through the rule wizard screens, this will update the form definition and re-sync the form definition to the K2 database.
-Check-out the problematic view and edit each rule.
-On each action, click Configure option and walk through the wizards screen and click Save/Finish.
-Check in the view again.
