Getting Error when creating process schedule

Diagnoses

When attempting to create a process schedule, the following error occurs:
"The process definition for process ProjectNameProcessName was not found. The process version might have been deleted."

Looking at the Process Management > Versions page, we also did not see any information regarding this process.
Although, from the Settings page, we do see this process as being selected.
K2 Workspace does show this process with multiple version and a default version selected.

Resolution

The Process Portal > Settings page sometimes displayscaches incorrect information as to which process was previously selected for the Process Portal. To clearupdate this setting, we navigated to the Settings page, deselected this process and selected another process then clicked OK to update this setting. Then revisited the Settings page and re-selected the the process that we needed and updated the Settings again. This resolved the error and we were able to create a Process Schedule successfully.
