Symptoms
in some users we cant get worklist items using api it allways showe time out message in (Sourcecode.Workflow.client.dll)
this issue happend after upgrade to this version 4.16060.2000.0.1
on of users that have this issue has no pending requests
Diagnoses
during investigation the issue was related to a single user who was the only user for some role
we changed user in the role to another user we noticed that we can get the worklist without time out and after we returned to the old user its working with him without error
Resolution
The Customer resolved the issue and sent the following:

if we changed user in the role to another user we can get the worklist without time out and after return to the old user its working with him without error
so i thing it refreshs the k2 cache and you have problem in searching in old cache
"
