Hello everyone

i have a problem here

where i can get the worklist of people from some procces in smartobject

i have take a look at userworkload smartobject but still don't understand what the data mean there

i wanna make a workflow that if the approver already have 10 worklist that he is not approve yet, it will then escalate to his manager

maybe anyone can help me here :)
