Get Specific column data from SMO | Community

I have a list view tied to a SMO with 4 column (A,B,C,D). the smo contains data for the 4 columns but for my view, I only want to get the content of column A on the list view passing empty to column B,C and D.

I have tried execute a view method which populate all the columns on view and I have tried smo method which returns nothing... Help please

Delete is not an option. Will use 2 views, 1 with the 4 columns tied to SMO and the other with just 1 column tied. Thanks for your suggestion
