Hi Experts, as title of this post suggested, I need my workflow step to take action on basis of SP list current items value. The complete scenario is; I have a SP list with number of columns and workflow is running on this list. In one of the workflow steps, I need the value of one of the column of current list item (on which workflow is running); say work reference, if work reference for the item has some value, then the item will be send to one group for action (Approve/Reject). If work reference is NA for curremt item, then it will follow different path.

Please let me know for more clarity, if needed.

Any help/comments/suggestions will be highly appreciated.
