Need your help!

I have a requirement to get all items in a email enable list with in a 2 minute time range.

For example: An email is sent to the list with an attachment at 12:31 and 12:31. This appears as two items on the list. I need to get both ID for the items. I"m using it in another manner.

Background Information: I a process which is running correctly and works well but I can't prevent users from entering items with a previous used email subject.   My current WF looks for all items with the same email subject but these days i'm discovering that users are using the same subject over and over which means that my WF is picking up older items.

Any ideas on this or a better way getting this corrected? Thanks
