I would like to know if it is possible to set a date and time for a process to kick off.
May I please know How and Where do I set it.
Second Question, I would like to govern access to some functions in the workspace, certain options be accessible to certain users depending on accessibility rights ofcourse.
These are all on the Blackpearl ship.
If you have created the K2 Process Portal site on sharepoint, you use Process Schedules can schedule k2 process to start at a particular date/time.
From k2 workspace, you can set access permission on the workspace site by using the Security > Workspace Permission page.
