It'd flexible to be able to execute process code when a workitem is deleted from Management Tool (or DeleteProcessInstances API).

This is especially useful when the process integrates with other systems so clean up code can be executed.

Does it call Process Finish validation rule?

Allow Process Finish rule to know when it's a finish or terminate.
