Diagnoses


This is typically due to an improperly set 'From Address' in the environment library
 

Resolution

Verify that the from address environment library field is set to a valid email address.

In this case, the environment library from address was set as the 'default' field. Once we removed it's 'default' flag, the issue was resolved.
