I found some helpful videos that you might find interesting and informative. The first video goes over what goes into smartforms and an overview the designer. The other video explains smartobjects as well so if you are interested I would highly suggest these videos to help make clearer what these items are.

I agree, JAM, I kind like it. Also like a "getting more," or in the same neighborhood of "tips and tricks."

A great high level concept view of some K2 features. Would be great to see one of these on K2 Blackpearl with Sharepoint :)
