Symptoms



Forms do not load within K2Mobile app. For acceptance only, the forms do not load when I try to access them via the K2Mobile app. Tasks are still being pulled in from the server, and I have walked through (and gotten successes) on everything in the K2 Mobile troubleshooting page (http://help.k2.com/kb001641)

When I open any of the forms (via the forms section, or by clicking the form button on a given task) I get a 401 error. I can access all of these forms successfully from my desktop, and have accessed them from mobile in the past.

This seems to have started after the iOS 10.1 upgrade the iPad received this morning.


 

Diagnoses



Cache credentials usually saves the token to the Phones store which can't be recycled by resetting the phone. Only by reinstalling the app.

 

Resolution



Reinstalling the K2 mobile app the issue went away and the forms loaded correctly.
