Format date in Nintex workflow generated email

I have a Nintex 365 form / workflow that has auto-generated emails with information taken from the form. One piece of information is the date. It currently shows this:

The column in my SharePoint list and the control on the form are both set for date only. Can someone explain how to get rid of the time?

    You mention that you want to get rid of the time. But where is it displayed?

    The time is automatically inserted with the date. In the example I show above, it lists the time as 12:00:00 AM. I want to show date only; not date and time.
