Symptoms

I am testing some functions/Rules "Forms and Views".
I created a Form and imported several Views on it and created rules.
Sometime I noticed, that the form was renamed by the System to "false"!
I tried to rename it back to the pervious Name but the System ment "that the Name already exists".

Please advise how to rename the form "false" back to the original Name.
 

Diagnoses

This can be changed in the DB and quickly fix the issue
 

Resolution

Head to Designer >> Find the form >> Right click >> Save As >> Give it a different name >> Delete Original Form >> Right click the new Form >> Save as again >> give the Original name(Of the first form)
