Symptoms
Form's level rules associated to view's rules disappear after updating child views rules.
We have a common view (QuestionInstanceMultiControlList) associated to all our forms, this view is the backbone of the forms, we are trying to add new features to this common form, but for some reason Form's rules not associated to the new features are being removed and sometimes the rules order is changed in the form level.
Diagnoses
Rules often get misplaced during the deployment or creation of them. In some cases they disappear form the destination server. That was not the case and the error wasn't reproducible.
Resolution
Recreating the rules and redeploying them resolved the issue.
