Form base state is not selectable when creating a workflow from the designer
 

Diagnoses

When creating a new workflow from the designer and selecting a form to use to start the workflow, the option to select the base state of the form is greyed out. Clicking through the wizard and then returning to the form selection dialog will then show the option to change the form state enabled. Note that this does not seem to happen if creating the workflow from the list.

 

Resolution

Bug has been coldfixed and will be most likely released with Update 4.
