I have created a sample appliaction in K2.net, while creating Process instance, in the service manager i have checked the folio status, process folio status is error, i dont know why it is showing that.

Have a look in the Error Profiles - I'm sure this is discussed in the Help file. This will hopefully give you a better understanding of exactly why an error occured and give you the opportunity to fix it.
Please Note: Any direct code changes you make to repair the error will be used on all future process instances of the same process definition.
