You can either set the ProcessInstance.Folio property through the K2ROM on the process' Plan/Start page OR you can have a Default Server Event in your very first Activity after 'Start', setting the Folio to an appropriate value.

Thanks for the help. I also want to setup the forms in the SharePoint folder so users can go back and look at the old records. Title should be the record name and number.
