I want to automate an value to process folio so users will know which process they need to monitor or approve.

You can either set the ProcessInstance.Folio property through the K2ROM on the process' Plan/Start page OR you can have a Default Server Event in your very first Activity after 'Start', setting the Folio to an appropriate value.

Have a look in the Help file for sample code.

Thanks for the help. I also want to setup the forms in the SharePoint folder so users can go back and look at the old records. Title should be the record name and number.
