I have an issue with two workflows that have Flexi Task being assigned to the approvers. However, after they make their decisions the Flexi Task is not completing. I have confirmed they are completing the task. However, it is not continuing the workflow and if you look at the task status it says either "pending" or "in-process". There is nothing custom about the Task Form other than the header image is changed, and the columns are re-arranged. Anyone else have this issue? One of the two workflows worked before, the other is new. Any suggestions help!

Would you mind posting a screenshot of your workflow, just in case there's something we can see? Probably not, but, worth a peek, right?

I have the same issue - unfortunately not always. :(
In 90% everything works fine, whereas sometimes the task is not completed:
If I look into the form I can see that the task has been answered (Entscheidung = decision):
In most cases everything is fine (same user, same task (of course on another item), same outcome choosen):

I am really clueless, especially because in most cases it runs without any problems.
Maybe someone of you has experienced something similar?!
